(no) Thanks for the practically not available Hebrew translation. Please make the translation available for download here at wpmudev or add some English text which links to the file at the landing page for the "here" link where it is supposedly available. I tried to figure out where oh where to download it, but as too many others you apparently do not take into account that people who do not speak Hebrew and admin WPMU sites may want to make the language available for those who do..
