This plugin allows you to override the site-wide setting for limiting the file upload space for individual blogs. Adds an extra option in the wpmu-blogs.php page for setting limits on a blog-by-blog basis. UPDATE: Check out the Z-Space Upload Quotas plugin for an improved version of this.

Installed in the plugins folder not, mu-plugins, seems to be installed, haven't tested it however.
