More Privacy Options
Adds three more levels of privacy to the Options-->Privacy page.
Adds three more levels of privacy to the Settings-->Privacy page.
1. Blog visible to any logged in community member.
2. Blog visible only to registered users of blog.
3. Blog visible only to administrators.
RSS feeds can be authenticated. Accessing a private blog via RSS channel via RSS reader works fine.
SiteAdmins can set entire site to Members Only at SiteAdmin-->Options.
Creates proper robots.txt.
2.9.3 added noindex, privacy_ping_filter, and do_robots fixes, plugin functions renamed and included in "class" to avoid functions naming collisions.
